About us – Farm holidays on Lake Waginger See
We, Andreas and Sabine Albanbauer, warmly welcome you to the Stadlerhof – a lovingly run farm in Wolkersdorf, right on Lake Waginger See. Together with our family, we live and work here in harmony with nature and with a great love of farming. Our guests are welcome to take a look behind the scenes: feed the animals, help out in the barn or simply experience life on the farm up close. For us, there is nothing better than when guests of all ages feel at home with us – surrounded by nature, with genuine hospitality and plenty of space to relax.
A special extra for our guests: fresh milk and eggs from the farm are available free of charge – in keeping with true Bavarian farm tradition.
Our farm
Tradition & hospitality
Our farm in Wolkersdorf has been in existence since around 1650 and is now run by the 10th generation. The village itself was first mentioned over 2000 years ago – a place with a rich history.
We have been welcoming guests since the late 1960s: back then, we offered rooms and breakfast, but later our accommodation was lovingly converted into modern holiday apartments.

Experience a farm holiday up close
At the Stadlerhof, you can experience real country life: cows graze in the pasture, calves enjoy visitors in the barn, rabbits love to be stroked and our chickens provide fresh eggs for breakfast every day. For children, contact with the animals is a real highlight – and for adults, it’s pure relaxation. This is what a farm holiday feels like!
Our beach on Lake Waginger See
Private beach and rowing boat
Our private beach on Lake Waginger See is the perfect place to swim, sunbathe and relax. Two rowing boats are available free of charge – ideal for a leisurely trip on Bavaria’s warmest bathing lake.
Fun, games and relaxation
Our large, communal games room covering 180 m² offers plenty of space to run around and play – a real highlight for children of all ages. Outside, a swing, slide, sandpit, pedal tractor, tricycles and go-karts await our younger guests.
For socialising, there is a cosy garden house with a fantastic view of the lake and mountains – perfect for barbecuing, relaxing and dreaming.
