Around the lake you will find numerous bathing spots with sunbathing lawns, shallow shore areas for children and crystal clear water. Particularly popular: our private beach with unobstructed views of the lake and mountains – perfect for swimming, splashing around or simply relaxing. Two rowing boats are available to our guests free of charge for little adventures on the water.

The Waginger See is also a real paradise for active holidaymakers: stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), kayaking, sailing and pedal boating are just as possible here as a quiet trip in a rowing boat. If you like, you can start the day with a dip in the cool water or enjoy the sunset right by the water.
In the summer months, family-friendly beaches, kiosks and leisure activities around the lake provide plenty of variety. Families with children particularly appreciate the safe, well-maintained bathing areas, play facilities on the shore and the pleasantly warm water.
