FAQ Stadlerhof holiday apartments

🕓 Arrival & departure

When can I arrive?

Arrival is possible between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m.

Please let us know if you will be arriving later.

Is it possible to arrive earlier?

Please understand that arrival before 4 p.m. is not possible.

However, you are welcome to leave your luggage with us until the apartment is ready for you to move in.

When do I have to check out on the day of departure?

Departure is between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. on the day of departure.

If you plan to leave earlier, please let us know.

🚭 Smoking

Is smoking permitted in the holiday apartments?

No, all holiday apartments are non-smoking.

However, smoking is permitted outdoors.

🐾 Pets

Can I bring my pet with me?

In the guest house

(Rustica, Seeblick and Parterre holiday apartments), pets are allowed on request.

In the country house

(Alpenblick and Bergblick holiday apartments), pets are not allowed out of consideration for guests with allergies.

🛏️ Bed linen & towels

Are bed linen and towels provided?

Yes, bed linen, towels and tea towels are included in all holiday apartments.

Can I take the towels to the lake?

Please use your own beach towels, as our towels are not intended for outdoor use.

🔄 Laundry

Are fresh towels provided for longer stays?

Yes, for stays of more than a week, you will receive a fresh set of towels per person after 7 days.

Can I get additional towels?

Yes, each additional towel change costs £10 per person per set.

🚗 Garage & bicycle storage

Is there a garage or bicycle storage?

Yes, the country house (Alpenblick and Bergblick holiday apartments) has a garage with an electric charging station and a lockable bicycle storage room.

🚗 Parking space

Is there a parking space for my car?

Yes, there is a free parking space available for the holiday apartments in the guest house directly at the house.

🧹 Cleaning

Is there an intermediate cleaning service during the stay?

No, there is no intermediate cleaning service. Cleaning during the stay is the responsibility of the guests.

Is final cleaning included in the price?

Yes, final cleaning is included in the rental price.

How should the holiday apartment be left on departure?

We ask that you leave the holiday apartment swept clean – i.e. tidied up, with the fridge emptied and rubbish disposed of.

💳 Payment & deposit

How does payment work?

After receiving the booking confirmation, a deposit of 20% of the total price must be paid within 7 days.

When is the balance due?

The remaining 80% must be transferred no later than 30 days before arrival.

How does payment work for last-minute bookings?

For last-minute bookings (within 30 days of arrival), the total amount of 100% must be paid within 24 hours of booking confirmation.
